Can you look at a gym membership?
If not i'd say the most important thing is a set of bumbells, but if you cant afford individual then get 4bars so you dont have to change them every 5mins.
get an easy bar and kettle bells if you can. make sure you spend a fair amout of your buget on a good bench, one with leg bars and can sit right up and if pos decline some way, amd make sure it has a rack and a fail rack.
next i'd say you should look at a pull up bar as its hard to train your lats without one.
Quit importantly i'd suggest getting a big mirror to check your posture as there will be no1 to look over you.
