Eaten TERRIBLE today. I just ate loaaaadds and I can't go to the gym because I have a bug.I need to stop making excuses and not call it a 'diet' because I want to eat well for the rest of my life.
This is the plan
I'm going to stop snacking on unhealthy foods completely but once a week I'll allow myself a cheat meal and a chocolate bar, but because I've eaten so terrible today I can't have that now until next week
I need to start keeping a log of what I've eaten and count my calories, I'm supposed to have around 1200calories. On the cheat day I'll allow myself 1500calories
I'll make sure that I go to the gym 4x a week and do toning exercises as well as cardio and do crunches and stretches as often as I can before I go to sleep
Start going to bed hungry and have a time limit on eating
Cut out snacks for a week and go cold turkey to get used to the difference between hunger and cravings
Measure out my food and downsize my portions and plates
Cut out sugar; white bread, crackers, chocolate, biscuits, pasta, sugar in tea and on food...
Weigh once a month
After this week of no snacking, I'll have a limit of 2 fruit snacks 50kcals or 1 fruit snack 100kcals
