Bindu's Weight Loss Dairy

I am currently 125 pounds :-(

The journey has been bad...from 110 to 125 Lbs..

But I want to get back to 113 lbs at least.

Will keep updating daily.
 
Ohh, yeah.. I am now 140 lbs :D

I did a good job of eating and resting for the past year and I have succeeded in gaining weight, hurrayyy:biggrinjester:

You know, why I let myself put on weight?? Because, I know I have this forum and I can get back to my original weight:D

My plan is simple. NO MORE than 1500 calories a day and workout for at least 40 minutes a day.

But, I am gonna start it all tomorrow. My plan for today is to eat all that I am gonna miss for the next few months:D

Glad to have you back, Bindu. It looks like you have a game plan already put into place so now all you have to do is stick with it. You've done it once so you know you can do it again.

Yesterday, I went to Pizza Buffet, had more than 10 pizza slices and also the dessert, yumm:jump:

And, it all should start today:rolleyes: All the best to me :)
 
Yup.
It's going on good. I started working out for 25 minutes elliptical machine. Today I did it for 40 mins. And I am eating not more than 1500 calories a day.

But I am feeling Real HUNGRY!

Does anyone have tips how not to feel hungry??
 
Oh my God! I am feeling so hungry I actually ate some butter!:( It looks like I need to plan my food a little more..

Sometimes, when I eat too less, Ketosis kicks in and I don't feel hungry anymore.:D

Looks like that's what I should do. Eat VERY less! :ambivalence:
 
Bindu- starving yourself is never a good option. Being so hungry you ate butter can't be a good thing. Please take care to look after yourself.
 
I tried to be on Ketosis diet having only Proteins and fats. But nope, I couldn't do it more than a day. Looks like, though my body can survive with no carbs, my soul cannot.:( Hence I gave it up.:biggrinjester:

Currently, am having around 1200 calories a day and working out for 40 mins and yes, I am losing weight:)

Weight on 13-Mar-16 -- 135 lbs (2.8 lbs down)
Weight on 6-Mar-16 -- 137.8 lbs (1.6 lbs down)
Weight on 29-Feb-16 -- 139.4 lbs (Starting Weight)

That's an average of 2.2 lb per week. Not bad, considering the water loss.;)

I failed to be on diet yesterday, I had maybe around 1800 calories, but otherwise it is going on ok.

When I had only 1000 calories a day and worked out for 40 mins, I felt weak. Hence I raised the calorie intake bar to not less than 1200. This week's average calorie intake is 1300 calories. And I haven't lost as much weight as the previous week.:(My today's morning weight- 133.8 lbs

Weight on 20-Mar-16 -- 133.8 lbs (1.2 lbs down)
Weight on 13-Mar-16 -- 135 lbs (2.8 lbs down)
Weight on 6-Mar-16 -- 137.8 lbs (1.6 lbs down)
Weight on 29-Feb-16 -- 139.4 lbs (Starting Weight)

I couldn't keep up to the workout this week, I did an average of 25 mins instead of 40 mins:frown:
Calories intake is around 1300. And I haven't lost much wait:( I am now 132.4 lbs.

May be it's good for me, as I have absolutely no side effects, this time. I am not feeling weak, workout doesn't leave my leg muscles inflamed, I am perfectly alright, unlike the last time when I was losing 3 lbs a week.

I don't seem to have lost much this week:(:(:( But why??? I compared last week and this week and it seems that average calories intake of this week is 100 calorie more than last week and average workout is 7 mins less than last week :( I cannot think of anything else. But I got to take seriously, this week.

One more not so happy sunday for me :(I lost only 0.6 lbs this week. I deserve it as I worked out only once this week. The average calorie intake is not so bad though, it's 1250.

I need to revise my goal, as at this rate, I won't be able to be able to lose 7 lbs by 1-May. It looks like I should give at least 1 week to lose 1 lb each.
My new goal is to reach 125 lbs weight by 21-May:(:(

Ok, I am happy this week, though I lost only 0.4 pounds, as I wasn't expecting to lose any. This week has been a bit busy week and I couldn't follow the diet/workout plan.

It's better this week. I lost 0.8 lbs :) But this momentum is not enough to lose the desired weight by desired timeline. I will try to do it better next week and hope to lose more..

It's still 9.2lbs lost in less than 2 months Bindu. You may just have to be patient honey & adjust your timeline.
