yeah...usually what happens when you're not doing it right is you won't feel it where you should...like my friendh e can do as many wide grip chin u[ps as me but he never feels it in his lats, mine burn after the first set
 
In bent over rows, using an underhand grip with your elbows close to your body will hit the lats nicely. Over-hand grip with elbows away from your body hits the rear delts, traps, rhomboids a lot more, but still hits the lats a bit. + what Evo said, you should be protracting and retracting the shoulder blades either way.
 
5x5 problems

Can anyone help me.
It seems I have put in a max for bench that I was not quite at for Billy Starrs program. I have reached week 4 and cannot bench my max but 2 times by myself. What do you suggest I do? I have hit my plateau! I would hate to start the whole program over with a lower bench max. Should I just keep going with it and maybe I will somehow get out of my plaueau? Please help!
