What you can do if you have to list your home is say that if that house sells first, you are taking yours off the market. Once you have a binding agreement with a buyer, that should remove the contigancy from your other deal so that you wouldn't be homeless. So this is possible? I was hoping that was the case. I'm sure it doesn't make the sale of my home attractive but there's not much more I can do unless I do some sort of bridge loan and that's not something I want.
If I do it before I sell my house, that means I could by paying for inspection and could still lose the house to another buyer, since they sellers are not willing to wait for me to sell my house.
This is true, but since you are worried that it's such an old house there might be things that come up in the inspection that would make you want to back out, I think the best thing to do is to get them done so you know where you stand. Obviously, if it turns out you don't want that house after all, you'll save yourself a lot of headaches by finding that out at the beginning rather than after you've gone to the trouble to sell your current home. I know it's a lot of $$ to shell out for possibly nothing, but I think it's the wisest course to follow.
Then, if the inspections are to your satisfaction, you can move ahead with plans to sell your house--and if you have a buyer lined up already, things should move swiftly after that, and smoothly as well.
The constant waking up is due to needing to pee due to baby, and the pain from sleeping too long on one sunburnt side..lol. I did manage to get a bra on for a few hours today, so that is a good sign.
Aloe vera in the fridge is a good idea.
So my due date is March 21st.
*L*
So I had my little crying jag and dealt with the situation..lmao.
Still, I'll take itchy over pain anyday.
