Aaaahhh....I am currently fighting off the urge to eat popcorn or tortilla chips. :ack2: I knew last night this would happen..lol. Of coure I'm craving salt--the day before weigh in. :ack2: Anyway, I'm posting my food now in hopes that I'll be good so as not to have to go back and change it. :D

:roflmao: at tonight's South Park. Last week's was damn funny, too. I could do without all the Girls Gone Wild commercials, though. The creator of those videos has got to be a slimy mofo. It is very sad imo that so many young girls have so little self respect that they are willing to degrade themselves like that.

I hope that you managed to stay off the salt. It is horrible when our bodies want to go in the opposite direction to our project like that. I gave in to my shreddies cravings - I guess an addict is an addict!

I MISSED YOUR NEW LOW!! I feel like such a bad diary buddy. LOL.

But, alas, I am here now and I will like to say...

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

This really is awesome news. What did we tell you? You'll be hitting 210 in now time and then...*gasp* you'll be in the 190's!! Can you imagine? Wow Kimmy honey, you are SO CLOSE now. You're doing awesome chica. Keep it up!! :hurray:

I believe he is sitting in jail in Nevada (?) awaiting extradition to Florida for tax evasion, or something very close to that.

It is a shame though...I wonder how many were wasted when they agreed to participate?

yay on the new low!!!!!!!!! woooooooooohoooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!

Hey girl,
I think more than anything, I am SO inspired by you and your story. I can't believe you've lost all that weight. I really do need all the encouragement I can get and I am just happy you have posted here! Thank you for this and I look forward to your entries!

Carrie

Hey there Kimbery Ty for having such a wonderful challange

Wow! Thank you all for stopping by my diary. I feel so loved. :beating:

Eldaweesda, Paul, Bella, Jilly, Rae and Trevor--thanks! :grouphug:

Margaret--I did manage to avoid the salt last night. :cheers2: Don't feel too bad--one cannot avoid shreddies forever. :D

Steve--What's up? Ask my H. :eek2: :D

Tammy--As always, you're more than welcome for the challenge. I enjoy running them. I think I'm a control freak. :biggrinjester:

Ali--I thought the slimebag paid a fine and got sprung. Am I wrong? I hope so. I certainly wouldn't feel bad to see someone who makes millions off exploiting young women the way he does locked up for awhile. :D

Stacy--I did post a few pics back in Feb. I'm not sure if you saw them or not.

Carrie--Thanks for stopping by. I'm no more amazing than many other people here who've lost as much or more than I, but thank you for the nice compliament. :D Consistancy is key. I have many days when I misbehave, but most of the time I do what needs to be done. :)

I cannot believe how high my fiber was today. Here is what I ate:

1/2 cup Fiber one cereal, 3/4cup Honey Bunches of Oats Vanilla Nut Crunch w/3/4 cup 1% milk

stirfry w/12oz chicken, 4 cups broccoli, 1 onion, 2 cups mushroom, 2 tomatoes, 2 tspn vindaloo paste, a bit of sesame oil. I made a huge pan of it, and ate it for lunch and dinner.

15 Pringles chips, a handful of unsalted dry roasted peanuts

Fiber One bar, Quacker oatmeal/choc chip cookie, and a kiwi

I didn't do any exercise except for walking around 3 supermarkets (enough to give me a small blister from my dress shoes), and riding my Australian stallion. :sifone:

I had a very busy day of vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom, 4 loads of laundry, changing the bed sheets, grocery shopping, cooking, dropping off the recycling and granny to bingo and working as well. We got a late start to Ann Arbor for our romantic weekend getaway, and didn't get in until after 10pm. About halfway here, I realized that despite going to 2 supermarkets today, I forgot to buy the last kiwi that I need for this week's challenge. :cuss: So off I went in the dark and rain (walking) to the supermarket next to our hotel to get one. H wanted me to get him a 6-pack of beer while I was there. So, as I was walking to the checkout, I was thinking that the cashier would probably find my 2 purchases rather odd. I was right. :biggrinjester:

This is supposed to be a romantic weekend getaway, yet when we checked in, we were informed that there were no king sized bed rooms available, so we are stuck in one with 2 double beds. :p Actually, we'll probably sleep better this way. :biggrinjester:

Well done on the food.

I'm sorry to hear about the blister. I know that it is wrong but when I get one I burst it and bandage it up (it seems to hurt less that way) - but thankfully I dont get them too often.

The exercise sounds more fun than walking or going to the gym. It doesnt matter that it doesnt count for the challenge.

It's annoying about the lack of kingsize beds. I didnt know that you had gone there to sleep. I thought that you had other ideas!

Take care
Love
Margaret

I second that Amy!! OH YEAH maybe go from one bed to the next, you know ROCK THE SHEETS girl, ones for fun the other well for sleeping of course. LOL LOL :sifone:
