Sorry Sean's been sick. :( Don't worry about missing my new low. It wasn't that exciting. Also, I weighed in at 226 yesterday, and 225.5 today. :ack2: I've eaten too much lately. Damn steak alfredo! :sifone: It was even better today after sitting in the fridge for a day. :drool5:

I haven't been on the forum much this weekend b/c I was quite busy with work for a change. I actually listed a house yesterday!! :svengo: The list price is $289,900. It's a 4BR, 3.5BA low-country style house on 1.3 wooded acres. Over 3,000 sqft. That's about 30sq metres for you metric people. :D I am hoping that it sells quickly, hahahaha. Yes, I'm on crack. :sifone:

Another miracle--I went to sleep at 1am last night, and got up at 9am-ish--without any ambien.

1/24—50 min circuit training, 40min bike, 13.66 miles, weight: 222 (new low)
1/25—60min circuit training, weight: 223.5
1/26—None, weight: 226
1/27—30 min exercise bike, 10.2 miles, weight: 225.5
Total for the week: 270 minutes, 44.7 miles biked

Sod the Alfredo sauce - I want to live somewhere where you can get houses that arent the size of a rabbit hutch in comparison!
I just converted the money:
289,900.00 USD = 146,430.88 GBP

I have never lived in a house with more than one bathroom!

Unfortunately I could never convince hubby.

Lol! I wish I could convince my MIL to move here, too. She is going to have about AUD$600K (US$558K)to spend on her next home. H and his sis are probably going to have to kick in about $40K each of their money so she can get a 2Br, 1.5ba, 1,000sqft (30sqm) condo in Melbourne. She could get a very nice 1200sqft (12sqm) condo here in Michigan for well under $200K (AUD$215K), and live like a queen. So that means we're gonna get less $$ than we thought, throwing a bit of a monkey wrench into my plans. :cuss::cuss::cuss: I wonder if grandkids would make her change her mind. H said it wouldn't. :cuss: His sis would be thrilled to death if MIL moved here..lmao! Then she'd be rid of her. :reddevil: Her mother treats her pretty badly. But I can assure you I wouldn't put up with MIL's bs. :D

Yes, it will be a nice one if it sells quickly. I told H if it sells before Spring Break (1st week of April), that we are taking a vacation. And if it sells during the summer, then we'll take a vacation then. :D I would love to take him to Europe, but we'll see. :)
 
Take it from me - a MIL can give you a lot of stress. There is a lot to be said for keeping her in another continent. I wish that my MIL would live on another continent. That is part of one of my favourite fantasies.

That would be fun, you and me kicking around Europe. :D However, H would not back out. He likes to travel--not nearly as much as I do, but few people do. :D The problem with Europe is that the US$ is so freaking weak right now, it would make everything even more expensive than it normally is. :ack2:

LMAO!! I don't blame you one bit. However, my MIL is not as bad as yours is--thank God. If having her move here means we get $30K more, then it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make. But it doesn't matter, b/c she'd never move here.

I am definitely thinking we should all get together this summer for a WLF party. Some place warm like Miami. My H said he'd keep the baby while I had a little vacation for myself. My best friend has a condo in Miami and Orlando and he's never there. I've taken friends and stayed at his place for a week at a time. You game?

I'm not going to Miami in the summer. Unuh. Too hot and humid. Y'all should come up here to Michigan and hang out at the lake with me. It's beautiful and WARM here in the summer. We could rent some condos or cabins and have a blast. The beaches are fab--and swimming in fresh water is much better than salt water. :biggrinjester:

My period came this morning, so that explains my increased appetite over the weekend, and probably why my weight has been up as well.

Spent 75 minutes working out today, so I'm pleased with that. I've been getting all my water in, too--and peeing constantly. :biggrinjester:
