His shoulder is still f'd up, and Hart's ankle is still not good. I can't imagine they'll beat OSU next week. If they were healthy, maybe, but not as banged up as they are.

Well, there is some good news today, however. The offer I wrote Thursday pm was accepted as written. Woohoo! Go me! I have to pat myself on the back, b/c my buyers were willing to go higher, but when the seller's agent asked if they'd go higher, I said I didn't know, and that she should do what she can. hehe. Also, this agent has been in the biz a lot longer than I (and makes way more money than I do), so I'm giving myself extra pats on the back...lol. The building inspection is set up for Monday afternoon. Hopefully all goes well. I honestly feel for the sellers, b/c the house is worth a fair bit more than what my buyers are paying. Oh well. :D

I'm gonna take out my angst and frustration about Mich's loss on my exercise bike tonight!! :reddevil: :banghead: :cuss::cuss:

11/8—30 min stroll, 15 min exercise bike, 5.65 miles biked, weight: 227
11/9—30 min circuit training, weight: 226.5
11/10—15 min exercise bike, 5.65 miles, weight: 226

Food for Saturday:
Meal#1—4 strips low-sodium bacon, 1 egg, slice whole grain toast
Meal#2—protein powder, 2 oranges
Meal#3—roast beef sub
Meal#4—handful of sun chips, apple
Meal#5—chicken breast
Meal#6—wasa cracker w/organic peanut butter
Total: 1,616 calories, 67g fat 39%, 129g net carbs 33%, 111g protein 28%, 26g fiber

I actually had to eat that last meal in order to meet my minimum calories for the day..lol. Otherwise, it would've been under 1500.

Well, today I sat on my ass and watched football all damn day long. I did take and make several work-related calls, though. :) And I did manage to get 15min in on the bike--and worked it hard even though it wasn't a long workout.

I can't help but wonder if, as I type this, Sheryl is snoring so loudly that Sean's boys are vibrating. :biggrinjester:

I can't wait for football season to be over frankly. I mean, I'm routing for a team I've always hated (the Cowboys) just so H'll be in a great mood.
