Busy day today. I had a listing appt this morning that went well, so hopefully I'll be listing the property in a week or two. Took Granny to lunch and her hair appt. It was funny. She was telling me about someone googling something, but she said "ogling" instead. I didn't correct her, just smiled to myself. Very cute. She has never used a computer before. Then I met a friend at my office and we walked to a coffee shop and enjoyed the brew of the day--Nutty Irishman. Yes, there were lots of jokes about that...hehe. Of course I tend to equate nutty with things sexual and not fruity..

Then we went for a nice walk on a trail that used to be a train track. Very pretty and wooded. I think we walked about 1.5 miles in 30min. It wasn't a brisk pace. Then I did some grocery shopping, dropped the groceries off at home, and took off for an appt to show a house for the 2nd time. Then we ended up writing an offer on it. I hope it goes through--and quickly. Maybe I won't be broke for Christmas..haha. Got home at 8pm.
Ok--I'm hoping for anything below 226 tomorrow...lol.
