10/31—15min exercise bike, 5.2 miles, weight: 227.5 (new low)
11/1—30 min exercise bike, 10.6 miles, weight: 227 (new low)
11/2—40 min circuit training, weight: 228

Food for Friday:
Meal#1—oatmeal w/1% milk, protein powder
Meal#2—cheddar cheese, steak
Meal#3—slice deli turkey, fiber drink
Meal#4—hamburger/rice casserole, green beans
Meal#5—organic peanut butter
Meal#6—mini pb cup
Total: 1,765 calories, 69g fat 36%, 141g net carbs 33%, 133g protein 31%, 16g fiber

I just watched the show Moonlight (about vampires). In a way, it would be cool to be one bc then I'd never get old. ;)

Tomorrow's (well, actually today) the Mich at Mich St. game. State has lost their last 5 games, but they are at home, and they always play their best when Mich is their opponent. Should be a good game. Go Blue!

I've recently started stretching after my circuit training workouts. I used to be really flexible back in the day, but the over last 6 or 7 years I lost a lot of it. I've only been stretching for a couple of weeks, but I already notice a big difference in my flexibility. I can almost do the splits again--very close. :D

No weight change today, but I've already lost 3lbs this week so I'm definitely cool with that.

And I'd lost 4.5lbs since the last time I'd seen her. My short-term goal is to hit the 210s by Thanksgiving.

Okay here's my idea instead.... picture this... miniskirt... fishnets... ho heels... big hair... and duct taped "Xs" across the nipples, because I mean, you don't want to look like a hooker bitch and show your nipples off, right? Gotta keep something for the imagination....

Flexibility is very important. I wasn't all too flexible back in the days, but now.. sheesh... if I wasn't brown, you'd think I was a Chinese acrobat... with ass and tit implants, that is. I spend ~20 minutes every other day just working on my flexibility. As for doing the splits... you tease. LOL

Ok, I'm really annoyed b/c Mich in down 14-24 to Mich St. :ack2::ack2: We are on the 15yd line, and TD Michigan!!!!!!!!! So make that 21-24. Ok, hopefully we can come back and win this. The QB has a bad knee and shoulder, and Hart has been in and out with an ankle injury. Thank God our wide receivers are all healthy. Our defense needs to kick it up and hold State better.

Wow! Notre Dame couldn't even beat Navy!! They just said on TV that the last time Navy beat ND, gas was 33 cents a gallon!! sucks to be a domer this year.

Michigan pulled it off--28-24. Huge sigh of relief. :ack2::ack2: What a knuckle biter that last quarter was! It always is when they play State. I hope they can win against Wisconsin next week.

You can do what you want with your ticker. Only update your weight in your challenge stats weekly, though.:)
