:rotflmao: I haven't had LJS in like 2 yrs!! But I love it. Here's a yummy way to make fish that isn't deep fried:
Take some salmon or cod (unbreaded) and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning and some other spices you like. I like to add some garlic and tarragon. Add some lemon juice and then bake until cooked--doesn't take that long if the fish is thawed. Or you can pan fry with some xv olive oil or non-stick spray.

So far I've been a good girl tonight. Just one more hour before I go to bed. ;)

Try not to get too down about things. I hope your metablosim gets straightened out and you get back to losing again. If all possible maybe you could knock out the late night temptations:eek: *L*Substitute them for something better. Like some web porn . All the satisfaction of pringles and less calories! *L* I used to be bad about snacking late night . Usually around 10pm I'd eat some chips or candy. I still crave it once in a while but I don't do it. I think I read that anything you eat after say 9pm will pretty much be stored as fat because your body is still burning what you took in around 6pm. I could be wrong but it makes sense not to eat that late I guess. I could give you my number and you could call me if you need a pringles intervention ? *L*

Well, I managed to be a good girl last night, and no payoff for my efforts. 236 this am--up a lb from yesterday. :mad: Scalentino (credit to Sheryl for that name:rolleyes:) has been behaving like a typical man: he's always "up" when all I really want is for him to go down on me!!!!!:rotflmao::rotflmao:

Anyway.....same shit as usual. :mad:
