I've been feeling pretty down the last couple of days, but I'm feeling better tonight. :)

Aww... I'm sorry you're down, Sugar Tits. If it makes you feel any better, some guy flashed me his man tits while I was walking early this morning and yelled, "Mine are bigger." It was weird... because normally I would have ran over there and slapped them a couple times and growled... instead, I just waved and said, "Awesome and thank you for making my morning."

Morning Sister! Are you doing a challenge??? I want to join it if so. I thought you put something in here yesterday about setting one up in the challenge section, but I kept going by there and I never saw it. I'm up for a nice challenge, and I WILL be in for the long haul, I promise!! Great job on your calories yesterday, and those damn cars, UGGG my hubby just picked up his truck the other night 300.00 later. I think we are heading over to the dealerships this weekend to see what we can find, we want another truck, so who knows. I hope it's just the battery, because that's an easy fix and the least expensive, I've been down that road, many times. :jump: Let me know about the challenge when you get the chance. Good luck with the car Star :). I feel for you as I know how frightening going to the mechanics can be, worrying about how expensive the diagnosis will be just sucks.

Any home sale prospects this week? I was hoping you'd be visiting Ms. Bootie and me soon.

Well, I'm not too worried about the car--the mechanic thinks it's probably just the battery or the starter. And he is very good and inexpensive--he does it out of his home and is about half the cost of a normal mechanic.

I have to confess that I did finish off the Pringles last night--about a 1/4 of a can. And I had a bowl of oatmeal and two mozzerella sticks my mom brought home for me (why she did that, I have no idea). I just got some horrible late night munchies. So that was about 1900-2000 calories total--not 1,345. However, weight was 235 this morning--so down a lb from the day before, but still up 1.5lbs from my lowest. Sigh...I think my metabolism might still be messed up. I don't know. I'm getting really discouraged--like I'm never gonna hit the 220s--or my goal weight for that matter. Today I'm not sure what I'm going to do. So far I've eaten about 1,100 calories. I'm thinking I should keep it around 1800 and see if I can lose weight doing that. That is a reasonable amount that won't have me starving--and yet should be low enough to lose weight. I used to have the incredible will power from January until about Septmber. Now I'm not sure what my problem is. I think part of it is that I'm watching more TV-and it seems to make me want to eat--damn fast food commercials. Maybe I should stop doing that...lol. :confused::confused:

I think that's a GREAT idea! Cause, if you really really are able to stay under 1800, you won't be so hungry and you'll steadily lose and be in the 220s soon!! Also, I think maybe you might want to consider walking or something instead of watching TV, I dunno, I was watching Ab Fab online last night and started munching, myself--and I rarely watch TV and therefore don't really snack at night--HA! Just eat a lot during the day! :rolleyes: Anyways, don't be discouraged! Keep trying, you'll get there! Maybe try the big posters around the house? Get in some creative visualization!

Well, it's late night when I get the munchies--10pm-2am. So I can't really go walking at that time..lol. I walk during the day or go to the gym. I just need to be more disciplined.:rolleyes:

Uh oh, are you picking up my bad habits Kimberly!?! So you fucked up..with these wacky metabolisms/bodies of ours you'll probably end up losing for tomorrow from that. Its just so weird and it seems there's little rhyme or reason to it all. You've got to keep in mind that not too long ago you were in the high 230's and hitting a plateau, and a few weeks go by and here you are in the mid 230's. Soon you'll be hitting the low 230's and whoopie the 220's and OH YES, the 190's! It WILL happen, even with a few slip ups. I can't promise you'll get your last 10 off with the slip ups though ;).

10/8—30 min circuit training Weight: 236
10/9—None Weight: 235.5
10/10—30min circuit training Weight:236
10/11—30 min 2 mile walk Weight: 235

Food wasn't too bad today. I didn't keep track, but I'd guess around 1800cals. Of course the night isn't over yet. ;) I'll try to keep my night time naughtiness under control.;)

Got my car back tonight. It was the battery and came to $90--which is not bad--could've been much worse.

Got all riled up from another agent whose listing I wrote an offer on. He pissed me off to no end--but ended up giving me a half-assed apology. Unfortunately, my clients kinda want this house..so..I have to suck it up and deal..lol.
