Food for Thursday:
Meal#1—salad w/pepperoni, shredded cheese, ½ tomato, cucumber, balsamic vinaigrette (8g) (620cal)
Meal#2—side salad (4g) (100cal), chicken veggie stirfry (6g) (500cal)
Meal#3—gatorade type drink (28g) (120cal)
Meal#4—chicken leg, green beans (3g) (120cal)
49g total net carbs 1,450 total calories
Well, the carbs went crazy today because of that damn drink. I drank the whole damn thing before I realized that I should check the nutrition label. Well, I about freaked when I saw how many carbs were in it. Oh well. What's done is done..lol.
I have felt tired and lethargic all fackin' day today. And I got 7.5hrs of sleep last night, so I don't think it's that. Maybe the low carbs are getting to me. Well, I'll be loading up on them come Saturday, so that should help if that's the problem.
I DID end up weighing myself. At first I said I wouldn't. But then curiosity got the best of me and I said, "fack it, I'm gonna do it anyway." I think I've become a scale whore!! hahaha Well, it said 236.5, so then I regretted it--just like a one night stand...haha

Paul--Actually, the next 2 Michigan games are on ABC, so I won't need ESPN for that for awhile. But I'm watching the WVA-Maryland game on it right now..lol. And I got to watch Michigan Replay earlier on FoxSport and watch Lloyd Carr (Mich head coach for those who don't know) explain why they lost to Oregon last week...lol The real reason why we got expanded is b/c the bastard cable company took our Turner Classic Movies off the basic basic cable. As my parents and H and I love that channel and watch it all the time, we caved and got expanded. Dammit--BB needs her Carey Grant/Gregory Peck fix...lmbo.
