congrats on the new low!!!!!

As for the weight after workouts.....same thing happens to me. If i have a good day of working out...next day i never have a loss.....its weird.

Yup, I worked out for an hour yesterday and I'm up a lb today. My calories weren't high, either. :confused: I did an hour on the bike today, so I'll be interested to see what happens tomorrow. Calories today will be under 1700.

The agent that showed the house has not returned my call or email for feedback, so I doubt there's an offer in the midst. It would be nice to hear what it was about the property that the buyers didn't like. If it's something that can be changed or improved, we'd like to know. :)

I hope that your weight goes down again tomorrow. You deserve it since your calories look really low. It really doesnt seem fair for exercise to stop you from losing.

It's a shame that you didnt get any real feedback from the people that viewed the house. Some people seem to like to look at other people's houses without any real intention of buying. Maybe they were just time-wasters like that.

My weight was 222 today. I'm going to get in all my exercise this week by Weds. so that I can take Thursday off in hopes for a loss on Friday. :D

I finally got some feedback from the buyer's agent. The master bedroom was too small for them, and they didn't like the location of the bedroom. Nothing that can be changed. Oh well.

Instead of 1-2 inches of snow we got 3-4..lol. H said the roads were bad this morning, but school wasn't cancelled. The roads are fine now, though. It's above freezing so it helped clear the snow off the roads.

222 is a good weighing and hovering just above your low weight. What a strange thing!

Taking Thursday off from exercise is a good idea when it affects your weight like that. I am all in favour of acting strategically - and I suppose it would be too drastic to take Wednesday off as well (to try and get good weight loss Thursday so that you had a choice of good weights).

I have just eaten salmon because I am sick of my weight being high - I am trying to fight my body's natural tendency!!!

I am pleased that you got your feedback. What size of bedroom did those people want? Did they need a football pitch in there? I hope that they have to move near here sometime - I think that they would get a culture shock if they saw what they could get for twice that price! Oh - to see their jaw drop when they saw what they could afford!

Good God! I'm thrilled to death the Giants won! I didn't watch the game b/c I figured it would be a blow out in the Pats' favor. How pleasantly surprised I was to see the final score. :party: That team needed a slice of humble pie.

I hope that salmon works for ya! I'd take Weds off as well, but then I'd have to do 3hrs of exercise in 2 days' time. While that is a piece of cake for you, It's a lot for me. I only need one day off, anyway.

The funny thing about the MBR being to small, is that I told the homeowners that would be a problem when I listed it. It is easily the smallest of the 4 BRs, oddly enough. Perspective is all relative. The buyers frankly don't care that they'd end up with a much smaller house in England or on the East Coast here. They are looking at what their $$ will buy them in West Michigan. People are spoiled. :biggrinjester:

Now I just can't believe you missed that game! H has been going on and on about how its one of the best games he's seen in years, and ya know he's a CB fan and doesnt care much about the Giants. I almost felt sorry for the overly confident Pats and their fans. They'll get over it..te he.

H and I were sucked in to a Suburban Secrets marathon on the court tv channel. It was kinda like forensic files. We watched it from like 6-11pm..lmao I missed Masterpiece Theatre on PBS--much to my annoyance. I didn't even realize it until this afternoon. :cuss:

Just thought I would stop by to tell you how much I am loving your biggest loser challenge. I am so surprised at so many of the changes I have made just in the past month based on all your bonuses. I have now increased my fiber intake to 25-30g (before it was about 12g/day, whoops), drink tons of water, and as of this week, am realizing how great it feels to strength train! I'm a bit nervous about the next challenge, but I think it's something I have been neglecting to pay attention to, so it will be interesting to see how that goes for me! Thanks so much for all the motivation! The competitive side of me loves it!
