Hey Twin, I guess I exchanged to much spit with ya last week, and gave you my cooties! LOL LMAO!
I feel the same way, at first it started out with the runny nose and scratchy throat for about two days, then it moved to a sinus migraine, and then I got really tired (drained), now it's sinus headache and runny nose, a little congestion, I'm staying away from everyone, because I dont want anybody getting it. I'm pretty sure my H gave it to me, as I NEVER get sick and he is always sick, he works around those handicapped adults all day, and they are ALWAYS sick, so he gets it often. OIY!!! Like you, I've downed the Vitamin C big time! and I'm not one that takes meds, so just yesterday I started on one sinus tab to get rid of the pounding in my head, I have a low appetite and have been eating just protein to get us the points, I've lost some weight this week too, I just didn't want to lose it by being sick, that's not my intention, I should be losing it because I'm working my ass off, you know what I mean?

Well, hope today your feeling a little better and are able to get up and function without feeling light headed or exhausted. Take care of yourself sweetpea, you work to damn hard to be down for long. Loves ya!!

Margaret, Paul and Twin--Thanks for your well wishes. Unfortunately, I am feeling worse today...:ack2: Nose is runnier and chest is more congested. I took some Tylenol chest congestion medicine a little bit ago. It's supposed to be an expectorant, so hopefully I'll get rid of some of the lung butter...lol.

The good news is that I'm down to 224.5--down a lb from my lowest. :) I am not attributing this to being sick bc I've been eating and exercising pretty normally. :)

Kimmie, I was hoping to hear that you were all better. :( At least you're improved, eh?

Lol--my cat is annoyed with me bc he wants to lay on me, but my typing on me laptop is making it hard for him. So after about 3 failed attempts, he's now laying about 2ft away giving me dirty looks..lmao.

Heavens no! I love my cat. He's the best. He's currently curled up at the foot of my bed sleeping like a little baby. Aww...he's so damn cute. He's also very sweet and affectionate. And he cleans himself and doesn't drool all over me--unlike a dog. :)
 
Ahhhh, hey twin, sorry your feeling worse, this certainly is a strange bug going around, I've never had a head cold this bad, YUK! :cuss: They say it's hanging around from 8-10 days, so I have a few more left to go, then I'M DONE! Hope yours clears up faster than mine. Now that I MADE MYSELF take a sinus tab, I'm here at work zoning out, at least my head isn't pounding anymore, but I'm in a fog! Good thing I don't work on machinery, or deal with people (public) mine is mainly on the phone, however, I do work on Financial numbers and underwriting, so I better take it a file at a time. I work with Financial Advisor's and brokers mainly, and today I let them know I wasn't feeling up to par, so I think they are going light on me. YEAH!! My boss just left for lunch and asked me if I wanted him to bring me anything back, I said "YES, please some soup would be nice" let's see what he comes up with. LOL AHHHHH it actually sounds good right now, I'm sipping on some "HOT" green tea, and it's yummy!

I love cats too, and mine are super cute! One of them is really lovey dovey and the other is BIPOLAR. LOL But, I still love em both!

I have had cats and dogs all my life. Never had a dog I couldn't get to "get along" with a cat. Hell - My pitbull, rot mix, and Shepperd dog all get along great with my 19 year old outside "orange fat" cat and inside cats just fine.

Twin--I know how you feel about zoning out..lol. I was like that all day yesterday. I hope mine gets better faster than 8-10 days! Yuck. Mmm...soup sounds good. Maybe I'll have some this afternoon with Granny. I'm gonna call her and ask her whether she wants to risk exsposure to this, or find another way to bingo tonight..lol. I have a feeling she'll risk exposure rather than miss bingo..lmao.

I like dogs, too, don't get me wrong. I just think cats are easier...lol. My H prefers dogs, but he really likes this cat, too.

I just drop her off--I don't stay. I learned my lesson years ago...lol. She gets mad when she doesn't win, and will call the bingo caller names like SOB, jackass, etc. lol. She also is very vocal when things aren't run the way she thinks they should be. :D

Woohoo congrats, honey! I guess while you're sick, it's expected for you to gain weight. (Could be from taking decogestants, etc) Way to bust that myth! HA! Well, I hope your grammy scored big at Bingo tonight. haha She's too darn cute.

Still got 2 more lbs to go before i post pics. You'll have to wait a little longer for some whack off material...:D

Speaking of which, I found one of me that is absolutely hideous. It was taken in July 2005--and I am a whale!! :ack2: I think I weigh about 260 in it. Thank gawd I'm no longer that big. I am NEVER going back there--never.
