Bikini here I Come

Ok guys here I go... Im being brave and am going to put my pics up..(when I can get them as small as they need them) Let me warn you they are not great. I just had my daughter 6 months ago and am trying to lose the baby weight and tone tone tone!!! I am 6 LBS away from being at the weight I was before I got preggers. But I want to go beyond that. Im in a size 7/8 right now and was a 3/4 before the baby. Im going to try SO hard to get in gear and get it done. I walk at least a mile a day, 50 lunges, 50 squats, and do a mile on my exercise bike.I also just bought an ab lounge so going to add that in too. I also am watching what I eat, taking a fat burner, and dropped all soda!! So I'm in this for the long hall. I am tired of looking at myself look like this. I hate the wow you have a pretty face!!! That kills me. I rather someone say lose some weight!! That just burns me up inside. I going to post all my measurements and weight every 2-3 weeks. If any one has any comments or helpful hints let me know. Thanks

Good Luck! I don't have much help for you as I am in almost the same spot....except my baby was born three years ago!

Just want to say thanks to you guys that posted. I just walked 4 miles so im a little beat. My plan it to eat right, with a fat burner, walk 3-4 miles 3-4 times a week and use a ab lounge, exercise bike, hand weights while doing lunges and squats. Let me know if it sounds good or if i can change anything.

multiple mini meals keep the metabolism running better than a stimulant

so, diet, including some supplemets (in my opinion) and sweating are 'good to use'

for me- I eat:
fresh ground flax seed, 3 big scoops a day

fish oils 4,000 mils a day

sodium tablets- 1grahm before any workout of 3 hours, and 2 grahm for anything over 4

Protein shakes- (arguable whether it is a sup or not, but it aint regular food) I take a 4 scooper after every 2 hour or more workout- which is about every day

Potassium pecolinate (spelling)
Glucosamine
vitamin E

BUT, and this is a big BUTT honey- my elevated heart rate hours run between 20 and 25 hours per week. If a standard couple of workouts a week person, or even a daily weight lifter (1 hour session) ate the way I eat they would blow up like a balloon.

There are MUCH BETTER NUTRITIONISTS HERE! like Chillen. When he chimed in, I was out of my league immediately. But I didn't want to leave you hanging.
 
wow i didnt know that. Thanks fly for that info. Im gonna ask around about the supplements. Your info and others should help alot.
 
Hi Kara,

Sounds like you are determined and that is a great way to start! You have already got on your way and it will be no time before you achieve your goal! I agree with the guys, scrap the fat burner, you can do it without that! Good diet and exercise will have you in that bikini before you know it!
