biking to the gym

Like the title says, would it be hurt to bike too thw gym everyday? its only about 2 miles away. Would it hurt me trying to gain mass and strength by doing slow cardio or is it ok?
 
my gym is an elevator ride to the lobby away. i wish i could bike to the gym. maybe id do more cardio that way.

When I am bulking I feel guilty when I walk from my car into the liquor store cuz I am afraid of losing muscle from the walking :)

I think I heard someone say that as a joke somewhere..

But uh, I wouldn't worry much about it. If you started doing like 40 mile bike rides daily, then I think it would definitely slow gains, but you should be aight.. just eat.
 
You could ride your bike to peru and back everyday and be fine as long as you're eating enough to support it.

(i mean, if that was like, humanly possible at all.... **** now you know FF is gonna find a way to do it just because i said it wasn't humanly possible)

I don't think so, you could burn muscle in the process, it wouldn't be optimal at all IMO.
 
Karks? It was I that asked the question :D Well thats not very far at all. Not far enough to have much of an expenditure or afterburn IMO
