Workout went great this morning

Incline BB PRess 5x5
Incline DB Press 3x8
Dips lean forward 3x12-10-8
Arnold Press 4x8
Upright row 2x8 triple drop sets
Close grip Bench 4x8
Rev pushdowns with squeeze(2-3sec) 3x12

WOW, and I thought my NROL workout had me hitting the delts alot.

Do you ever feel overworked in the delts? I'm just wondering, but obviously whatever you do has worked for you judging by your profile picture.
 
On Paper it looks like a lot of Front Delt stimulation and it is but after my shoulder surgery 2 years ago I have to bring up that area and chest. I concentrate on perfect form with all my exercises and NEVER sacrifice form for weight. When I hit my chest exercise I pull my shoulders back so that my chest receives all the work. I have gotten great results with this program but I advise my clients and other not to do this type of split because most people would overtrain these areas with a program like this. Also my diet is 100% clean most of the time and that plays a huge roll in recovery and energy.

Next 2 meals were the same:
Chicken Rice and Asparagus, Onions and Peppers with a little soy sauce stir fry
 
Ahh, there is the difference between you and me. My diet is about 80% clean lol. I'll be stepping that up when I cut in a few weeks though.

Yeah, I think most people (or myself anyway) wouldn't last on a split like that, I feel strain in delts just doing MY workout.

Out of curiosity (and perhaps a way to gauge myself) were you always very fit? Were you lifting and eating like you are now at my age? (15)
 
I always was Athletic played a lot of basketball and lifted for basketball in high school but was a lot skinner 165. Being to muscular just slows you down in B-ball. As a senior I messed up my ankle so I stopped playing b-ball as much and started to get serious about lifting. Diet was the biggest thing for me. If I dont eat a lot I lose size quick. I am naturally skinny but am lucky because I love to eat so it works out.
I will upload a pic of the family and you can see my brotha. I would look like that if I didnt lift or eat correctly he is 16. I was more muscular than him but still pretty skinny

Last meal of the day:
2scoops whey mixed with almonds and Natty PB- splenda and water. tasty healthy shake.

Rather have a frap with ice cream or a Reese's Blizzard but that wont keep these abs ripped

I will dream of the frap and blizzard. Maybe have one after the photo shoot tomorrow
 
Did some fasted cardio this morning. Very low intensity on the exercise bike watching sportcenter for 30 minutes. I love doing that wakes me up

first meal:
Egg and oats

next meal is going to me a protein shake and a banana then I am going to hit the gym and train back and biceps. After that I will have my photo shoot. Wish me luck.
 
First off photo shoot went great. I was a little nervous at first but I think that it ended up going real well. I got to look at my photos on his motitor thingy after and was happy with how they came out.

Eating today with a little ruff. Tuna packets and almonds. I should of prepared some chicken and rice last night. Next time I will more prepared.
 
Again I did some low intensity fasted cardio on my exercise bike. Watchin none other than Sportscenter.
Meal 1:
Protein shake and oatmeal with blueberries
Blueberries are going out of season where I live so I will have to opt for the frozen kinds :(

Workout today is going to be back and biceps and I will be doing that lata after my 2nd meal.

I am going to try to get some of my online clients to start posting journals on this board so that we have more traffic on here. The more people we have on this board the more motivate everyone will be to reach there goals
 
Meal 2:
Preworkout meal whey shake mixed with banana and strawberries

WOrkout was Back and Biceps
T-bar rows 4x12-10-8-8
Underhand Grip BB rows 3x8
One are DB Rows 3x8 with each
Underhand Smith machine rows 2x12 with 3 sec squeeze

Atl DB hammer curls 3 set
Alt DB Curls 3sets I did one set of Hammers rest 60 sec and do one set of regular rest 60sec back and forth like that till I finished 3 sets with each

Posworkout:
Whey shake
Oatmeal with blueberries

Meal 4: Chicken Brown rice and veggies
 
Meal 5: Same of meal 4 chicken rice and veggies

Last meal of the day is going to be my whey shake with natty PB and almonds
