Day 1 Gone, Did Chest, Biceps and Forearms at the gym, then did the Cario X afterwards... then at night did the Core Synergistics.

I have to say, this stuff really works, im in decent shape, ive been in the gym for more then a year straight and i barely finished the Cardio X program, and only lasted 30 minutes of the Synergistics one. Today i woke up sore in places i forgot i had! lol!!

I just came back from the gym, i did back and triceps.. i am resting now but im about to go do the Kenpo X Program, ill post afterwards.....
 
Finished my Kenpo X, barely finished it again, a lot of punces and kicks, good stuff, entertaining but hard. Im so sore rigt now i cant even walk! LOL!! Done for the day, Tomorrow, shoulders, Arms and Ab RipperX
 
Well, went to the gym early morning, did my weights routine, then i just finished the Shoulders, Arms and Ab Ripper X p90x, Great Workout overall, very very motivatng, hardcore stuff, but i finished it withot a prob cause it is more weights then cardio, and im pretty much usedto hard weights routines. BUT the Ab Ripper X its something else, it is only 16 minutes, but WOW, if i did 40% of all the reps ans excercises thats a lot. It is really really hard core, but im looking foward to the challenge of being able to complete it at a 100%.

Im already seeing a difference after only 3 days, ive been doin the doubles program plus ive been hitting the gym for fee weights in the morning too, a lot of work but it is paying off and im so motivated, so im running with that motivation that i know it is not going to be there all the time. Anyways, Great day 3, if i find the time ill do the Cardio X tonight. Well see! Happy Weekend!!
 
Day 10 gone!!!! ll the soreness is gone, ive been doing the p90x with free weights and it is al working wonders so far, im seeing some results already!!!! The only workouts that i have nt been able to finish at a 100% are the Pylometrics, and thats because i had to do it on monday and my legs were soooo weak for he prior workouts, and the Ab Ripper x, that some other stuff.. im not even at 50% on those!!

Tomorrow i got rest day!!!!!!!!!! lol!!!

PS. i recommend this if you are in some kind of decent shape, this stuff really really works!!
 
Update!!!

Well im a 3 round vet of P90x, and 1 round of Insanity!!

Im currently at 250, 16% BF and trying a Keto Diet, so far so good, im a whole new person since i posted for the first time in this forum.

I remarried to a beautiful woman, im in GREAT shape, and very very satisfied with my overall progress, im just posting this so all of you guys know it can be done.... It takes work and dedication, but once you make it a habit its EASY!! Basically part of your normal life!!!!!

Thanks a lot for each and every one of you who helped me through this journey, still a lot to go (under 10% BF its my main goal), but im on track now thanks in part to this forum!!

and give us some more detail about how you went about accomplishing
those outstanding results!!!
