I'm interested

Hey there,

I got the book and DVD for Christmas and just started with it yesterday. I couldn't get over how much of a workout those DVDs give you. Plus I also went onto sites such as quaker oats and jello (which were both used on the show) and got even more recipes for the diet. Funny enough it doesn't feel like a diet, just that i'm eating healthier. I think I will have no problem losing the weight I want by the summer.Let me know if anyone is still interested in posting about their results from this diet.

Also I'm new, does anyone know how to get one of those weight trackers that are on all of your posts??
 
OK I AM BACK AND WHOEVER IS REALLY INTERESTED LETS DO THIS BIGGEST LOSER AND GET ORGANIZED! I KNOW WE CAN DO IT AND CDNSHEHULK i AGREE IT IS EASY IF YOU DO IT BECAUSE YOU DONT HAVE TO GO BY THERE THINGS JUST USE YOUR OWN CALORIE IDEAS AND DO THE DVD!!
 
I like the idea but I'm afraid that if I try to become that regulated I will set myself up to fail. I'm just not a very structured scheduled person. I'm trying to get better but I'm just too "spur of the moment" to ever be totally stuctured. Our lives around here change from day to day so flexibility is a top priority in our household. I fully support everyone who does this though!
