ooo mal thats just evil! lol.

I missed a workout and overate this week, but i started biking to work so hopefully should still have a couple lb to throw in tomorrow when i do weigh in :)
 
I honestly can't figure out why it's so consistent.. I'm not complaining mind you.. but i fear one day i'm gonna step on my scale and all the springy thingsin it are gonna explode and it's gonna tell me i gained 22 pounds and then laugh at me... the only thing i'm doing is really being careful about what i'm eating and drinking water.. I'm still not even exercising that much... must be because i still have so much to lose that a simple modification like watching number of calories makes it come off... who knows..
 
Thanks Mal, you've been doing great consistantly everyweek for a long time!!!! And you're losing a good amount that it's not too fast! :D

Mines outside in the rain currently - i forgot to put it away last night. Mine doesnt have any top gears at all, so its great for going up hills but i cant peddle down em (just roll).
Going down to the gym now for my weight in :D
 
todays weight 235 lbs. that is a 3 lb. gain for the week. Im back from my two week trip so this next week will be great.

I haven't heard from Bep, Musician, and Sharona to finalize our totals...

Hey just wanted to know if people were liking/disliking the way that I am doing the totals? I haven't gotten any feedback on them?

Well, I just checked and I was 251 last weigh in, so that means 4lbs for me. Must be this new workout I got going because I actually upped my calories a couple hundred...
