Biggest Loser "Couples"

I was screaming at the tv last night. What a bunch of babies...all those blue team guys crying. First Mark cried. Then, Jay...then they suckered Roger into crying. And, finally Dan did, too, at the voting ceremony. I was like "COME ON!!!" Mark was a big liar, he needed to go home. I'm glad he finally came to his senses. Roger was definitely not pleased with him "playing the game." I hope Jay goes, too, him and his man boobs.

And, as for the black team...we were thankfully spared another crying spree by Kelly. Thank GOD. And, Maggie is evil...pure evil. Maybe if she plucked her eyebrows I wouldn't think she was as evil as she is...but she has a nasty streak to her for sure.

I thought all those guys getting the tattoo's was freaking hilarious! OMG I never ever would do that on a whim.. but you are also talking to "she who has no ink" so, maybe others would view it differently.

I was pretty peeved that there would be a "strength" obstacle with all of the big tall guys on one team and then the short guy, Bernie with all the ladies on the other. I was very happy that the black team remained a team and walked the line at the same time, I felt that that is what was important for them.

As far as Brittany goes, I think she and Kelly could be doing much better at their numbers. If they would push themselves a little harder and give 150% then they would have much better weight loss ratios. It seems that there is a mindset that "Oh that's too much" or "I'm a girl and overweight and can't do it" when they can when they set their minds to it.

That 14MPH is what HIIT is.. do that for 10-20 seconds and then walk for a minute or two and then push it back up for 10-20 seconds and then walk. It's AMAZING for ones body!
 
The whole male bonding thing on the blue team makes me slightly nauseous every week. I hope black will hit it HARD now and not let their advantage go to waste. Wouldn't it be totally awesome if a woman won BL this season? It has to be done with smart game play, because just straight weight loss won't do it. Of course, the only way it's possible is if Roger, Dan and Jay all go home. Even then, Bernie, being a guy, would likely win it.

Man, wouldn't that just burn Bob's butt if his Blue team got eliminated from even being in the finals?

Am i the only one who thinks that the like the rest of the challenges the obstacle course was decided long before the teams ended up the way they did? Most likely it was planned out before the teams even arrived back when they were all different colours.

Just becuase black team ended up mostly girls doesn't make the course unfair just unfortunate that that was how thier team stacked up when the time to do it came. ( Bet they wished the had Paul then)

I still want Dan to win the whole thing and Trent to win to at home .

I also want to know what ordering room service for the boys cost the producers of the show or if someone had to pay out of pocket for it or if it was all inclusive.

More importantly all that food that they denied likely got tossed out which is a shame, it wasn;t very healthy but to waste it *shrugs*

I was ready to vomit over all the crying those big sissies did. Ok, I'll admit I did get a little misty in the evil room when they have to say why they voted, but COME ON! Geez, these are grown men, not little boys! And they are only going back home, not to their execution! But it is pretty stressful, I guess. Maybe they get paid more if there is more drama? :nopity:

I wanted to slap Dan. He was being very obnoxious and cocky and deserves to be brought down a peg.:smash: Did you catch the comments the black team made about the "pride" tattoos? LOL Pretty funny I thought. I was glad the guys had a good, fun time together in Vegas. What a memory for them!

I think you're right about the challenge being determined a long time ago.

I think this season's winner was determined when they had Bob and Jillian compete (at a task that he had an obvious advantage at...the escalator run) to pick new teams. Bob picked all the big burly guys that had enough bulk to be able to safely lose 50% of their body weight.

Since Jillian has been the obvious favorite as trainer, they had to do something to bolster Bob as a trainer.

I really felt that he was a real gentleman in everything. And he proved it by giving that immunity to Britany.
I do wonder though if there wasn't/isn't something going on between them.
Hubby was the first to notice that he seemed quite smitten with the girl. And as the season progressed I think you could tell that Britany had grown attached to him as well.
With the added comment made by his girlfriend about how she will have to start kicking people's butts if they get any idea's I really had to start wondering.
Hmmmmmm.....
 
I don't really think anything untoward went on between Bernie & Brittany. She is so incredibly beautiful - even at her heaviest, she really was striking. Bernie is definitely plain by comparison (though he's looking pretty cute now). He seemed pretty mature to me throughout, maybe moreso than her.

I wish them both well! Continues to be such a great show.

Nobody thought anything was going on between Marty and Amy in season 3? (whenever Kim came in), either. I don't know....reality shows are edited to make you think certain things or for you to not notice certain things. It could very well be that the show has been edited to make us think that something went on when it didn't.
 
As we were watching the other day my Mom too said that Bernie and Brittany looked good together. I thought they looked more related to one another. Bernie looked his best when he was scruffy looking.

I'm sad to see him go, but I was glad that the blue team helped out Kelly by voting off Bernie. Kelly was right... the girls and Bernie were so tight they would have voted her off if they got the chance. I know they kinda had no choice, but still. Anyway, I'm glad the boys took her under their wing. I'm really rooting for Dan to win now, since Bernie had to leave.

I'm on the "annoyed with Kelly's boo-hooing bandwagon as well." Quit your darn crying already!! Seriously, she's got emotional issues she needs to get under wraps...ASAP!

I LOVE Britney. I agree that she's beautiful - even when she was bigger she was gorgeous. I'd love to see her win, but I'm sure it won't happen.
 
Yeah, it seems that one of the guys is destined to win this season. Roger still has oodles to lose. Dan has done really well, and I do believe he may actually be growing up some, too. He & his Mom were a fun mix to the show.

I have a feeling Bernie will be back in the next episode! I think the 2 of them are so cute together!!

I really enjoyed seeing Dr. Jeff! He still looks great!
