bigger?

hey, im 15. im 5'6 and about 120 lbs, and i play football and baseball, so id like to like to get bigger/stronger to do better in sports, and for the chicks..im not gonna lie :cool: . but anyway do u have any suggestions, cuz ive been workin out for a week now, just curling. my pic is recent

Just curling? So your biceps are going to tackle others on the football field? You need to workout your entire body Full body workouts 3x a week. Read the Weight training stickeys and read some articles on t-nation.com I also recommend athletes.com
 
Good advice jman. Also, once you find/develop a good full body routine, you need to focus on your diet. What you eat is 75% of your gains, or lack their of.
