I'm not sure where you're getting these ideas. If you do 300 push ups a day and lift weights, you'll overwork your body. Not to mention that 300 push ups a day, will NOT help you with football, maybe with martial arts, but definatly not much else. Same deal with squats. This diet is actually very cheap and even if your parents are dirt poor you should have no problem getting this out of them especially since it is healthy.
