Hi everyone, my name is Adrian and I have been obese most of my life. I just moved to Las Vegas about two months ago. Before that I lived in Santa Cruz, CA at my heaviest weight of 475, being an active place it made me want to lose wieght to experience more. So, I joined the gym, started walking, and watched my eating. After about a year I made it to my current weight of 375. However, during the move, job search, and general partying/bad eating that Las Vegas offers my weight loss progress stalled. I am back on the right path again, I work out 6 days a week, I do about 10-20 minutes of weightlifting, then 40-70 minutes of walking at a good speed (2.8mph) with the hill program at the highest setting. Things are going good, I just have to wait for my body to stop fighting the weight loss, then Ill be good to go.
