Yeah I'm around. Finally got strict on my diet again and I'm down 4lbs this week. I know you were asking about it before.

Haha! But don't you have a girlfriend? I am seriously not fucking with situations like that! ;) Glad you got your diet on, I had champagne for lunch and wine for dinner, on accident, yesterday, but I saw a weight drop from dehydration, it's kinda cool :eek: Nice Cesar salad! I love Cesar salads but of course, I have them with salmon :D
 
Thanks MJ. I know I can do it, it's all a matter of determination for me. Sometimes ya just flatline for a while ya know? :D

And Here I thought you were just trying to let the girls catch up! LOL

Seriously though, I KNOW what you mean. I've flatlined lately too. I need some CPR in a bad way!!

I'm sure we'll pick it back up. We got it in us.

Yeah the basketball was a great workout. I need to get back into that.

I'm working pretty much as hard as I have from the start... Its tough but we're gettin there. No loss this week which sucks, but I could have made some better food decisions. I got kinda lazy on the weights this week too.

Heh, its hard sometimes to make the right decisions. I'm getting a lot better at it though. If I eat nutritionally bad I try to focus on portion control. A good percentage of my meals are pretty good though. Also, I'm sticking to drinking lots of water which is good as well. Been busting my butt in the gym, hope it pays off.

Yeah, all those extra "tons" I was carrying around for way too long. I was telling cabbie the other week that I was carrying these 60lb bags of concrete the other day and thinking about how I used to carry that weight everywhere... crazy to think about now.
 
It better--you still going to Vegas?

Yeah, when the gym makes me angry I just hit it harder. I don't know if I'm gonna be able to go to Vegas with the job transition I had, we'll see what happens. I really want to go. I've lost the most weight in the whole comp and really have been a leader the whole time. Sucks to be the mule following the carrot and never get it :D. Oh well, 30 some odd pounds is something to be proud of that's for sure. I think I'm getting close to 40 for the challenge.
