Hah, if thats what you were goin for it didn't work. I don't get riled up. I thought it was funny how people got all sparked up over it :D.

Don't we all have this issue? I sure do!! You are not alone. Weekends are definitely difficult to stay on track..especially during the summer w/all the events and social outings. Your 2-3lb weight loss is consistent and spectacular!! If I could be a diligent as you I'd be at my goal by now. :) good job!

I think most of us do. I didn't have a problem with it until all these trips came up. Going out of town two weekends then a birthday weekend. Just ended up horribly. I need to get back on track. The next 3 weeks are all clean eating. I know I can do it. I still have a long way to go for my goal, but I'll make it.

Hilarious....yes, there will be plenty of odd people in Vegas to distract us. If I beat you for individual MVP I'm going to have to talk some smack to your face...it's a necessity. And if you win, I welcome the smack. :smilielol5:
 
I demand someone take a camera+laptop to Vegas and upload daily youtubes to post on WLF.

Women. You all must accompany bmac to at least 1 strip club while you are there. Buying him a lap dance or 5 would also be very gracious of you all. I don't mean a sausage shack either. I mean a really nice vegas nudie bar.
