Big Mac's Lifestyle Change

Down 3lbs for the week. Was a little under my goal of 3.2 a week. Need to work harder. I'm at 12.8 for the month though, so my goal does average out, and I have 5 more days.
 
Just looking in on you (haven't been around lately...) and it sounds like you are well on your well to losing tons this summer!! 3 POUNDS!?!?!? WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! CONGRATS!!!!!

Haha, thank you very much. Three is actually kinda low for me. I'm down 12.8 for the month.
 
It's FRIDAY!!! So glad we've finally reached the weekend. It's been a long week.

Breakfast: FiberOne w/ 1% milk
AM Snack: Nonfat blueberry yogurt, South beach bar
Lunch: Tunasalad wrap w/ tomatoes. Baby carrots and some lowfat cheese.

That's it so far! Along with 40oz of green tea and about 60oz of water so far. I was going to take today off from the gym but I'm not sure now. I feel pretty good and I might go anyways. I'd love to get a good core workout in. Hit the upper and lower abdominals, maybe work the obliques a bit.

I wish 3 lbs was low for me! I guess you are a guy so I'll put it into perspective, but it won't change how jealous I am! I hope your weekend went well!

Thanks Buckeye, setting your goals higher means you achieve more. Remember that saying, "Shoot for the moon, even if you miss you'll be among the stars". I expect a lot from myself. Making up for the years I didn't really expect a lot from myself.

Whoo Whoot!! 12.8 lbs so far!! That's great!!! I feel the same why about making up for lost time and expecting more from youself! You have a lot of drive mac and its motivational! Makes me want to loose 3lbs per week! :hurray:

Heh, thanks. :blush5: At your size 3 lbs probably wouldn't be healthy. I'm 6'7" and 291lbs though, so 3 pounds is a pretty good amount for me.
