lol... just getting my cardio and posting in! Can't wait until my new office is set up and I can keep up with everyone more throughout the day (especially your diary! Geez, I swear you go through like 4 pages a day Mr. Popularity! LOL)... The cardio/posting thing is working great though! The half hour seriously goes by so fast and it's great to get 2 things done at once ha ha...

Ok, so here's todays food log.

Breakfast: FiberOne Raisin Cluster w/ 1% milk
AM Snack: Lowfat cheese w/ almonds
Lunch: Caesar side salad, Grilled chicken w/ peppers n onions, a little rice

Back to the healthy eating, proud of myself! :D
 
Rest of my food.

PM Snack: True North Pastachio chips, nonfat yogurt
Dinner: 1/2 Turkey Sandwich on wheat, small basalmic salad
 
Whole wheat pretzels?! Hmmm... I haven't tried those yet! I love pretzels! Especially ones dipped in chocolate! Maybe it's not so bad if they are whole wheat ones... lol! :)
 
I know dark chocolate can be good for you, but of course, I don't like it! I wish I did, but I just can't acquire the taste for it. Too bad for me! :(
 
Haha, I hear ya. Milk chocolate is the best. I've grown accustomed to eating healthy though. Prefer it over the old stuff now. I usually do all whole wheat whole grain carbs because they're better for ya. I've gotten a lot more into cooking than I used to be as well. Ends up with a lot of delicious and healthy meals.
 
A man who can cook delicious, healthy meals! Very nice! I do all the cooking for James and I, and I've gotten pretty good about the healthy meals as well. He appreciates it, as he has decided to make healthy life choices as well! :)
 
Yes - Kings of the BBQ's. Who can resist char grilled burgers, sausages and chicken that are burnt and overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside.:biggrinjester:

Seriously tho. I do cook some damn fine meals, now a lot lower in fat and calories and they still taste great.
