Not having a problem with pounds. I don't want to be loosing weight any faster than I am. I've lost an average of 3.75 pounds a week in the last 4 months. Any more than that would be very unhealthy. I just got motivated by those extra points, I know its tough to rationalize with people who don't see things from your perspective though. I'm down almost 6lbs this week... scares me.
 
hm so I won't get weirded out then when I find you walking behind me everywhere in Vegas...I'll be sure to drop a lot of things then I'm a team player like that
 
I know how that is. Have a good weekend man, I'm headed to Charleston, SC for the weekend. Gonna hit up some good grub while I'm down there... I'll let ya know whats good.

Is that an attempt at sabatoge? Fried chicken and sweet tea, meh... they're ok. Really good if its from Bojangles. The nice thing is that I could eat them and still loose weight, don't you ladies just hate me? :D

Finished off the day yesterday with.

PM Snack: 4 slices deli meat 1/2 grapefruit
Dinner: Baby back ribs and french fries, yum... totally a cheat meal but I deserved it.

Today:

Breakfast: 2 South Beach bars
AM Snack: lowfat cheese, almonds
Lunch: not sure yet....
