Breakfast: FiberOne Raisin Cluster w/ 1% milk
AM Snack: Nonfat Yogurt w/ True North Pistachio chips
Lunch: 6" Turkey sub on wheat
PM Snack: Lowfat Cheese w/ True North Pistachio chips
Dinner: Not sure yet, maybe Jambalaya... Trops has me craving it.

Thanks Daisee! Nice to have a pat on the back every now and again. :D I'm trying to drop 50 pounds before Vegas. I'm the captain of a team challenge on here... gotta lead this team to victory. ;)
 
Down below my vacation weight finally. Need to learn from those mistakes and not go so crazy on my next trip. Need 3.125 lbs a week to hit my goal. Have a lot of work ahead of me still this week.

3.125... you got it in the bag! remember that switching up your workouts helped you a lot! Try to keep up the good variety :)

I think diet is the bigger key. When I was injured I watched my diet a lot more. I knew I'd have to with less intense workouts. I'm back hardcore on my diet again now. Not letting some of the stuff slip by that used to. I read somewhere that weightloss is 80% diet 20% fitness. Don't know how accurate that is but it seems to make sense to me.

Oh yeah, you're so sneaky. Spartans don't have time for mind games, they're busy opening those cans. ;)

AM Snack: Nonfat yogurt w/ granola
Lunch: Tunasalad on fiberwrap w/ tomato slices, a few baby carrots
PM Snack: Nonfat yogurt w/ blueberries and a few almonds
Dinner: Planning on Grilled chicken with wild rice and black beans

Other: 40oz White tea w/ blueberries for antioxidants (sugar-free)
100oz water so far

20min Basketball
35min Biceps, Back, Shoulders
15min HIIT on the Elliptical

Post-Workout: Whey protein shake
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast w/ wild rice & black beans

Ended up with about 240oz water, thats almost 2 gallons.
 
Oh my Daisee, I love some whey. As far as the nutrition goes, it all depends on the brand. I highly suggest Body Tech Whey from Vitamin Shoppe.
