I think its put in there with a purpose. I wonder if she just randomly yells words in conversation, heh. I'm just messing with ya Alta :D.

I feel ok today, a little tired. Didn't get to work out as much as I wanted to yesterday, packed gym. I'll definately make up for it today. Think I'm gonna make the chicken fajitas over rice again tonight.

Breakfast: Fiber-One Raisin Clusters w/ 1% milk
AM Snack: Low-Fat Cheese stick, baby carrots
Lunch: Planning on Turkey Sandwich on Wheat
PM Snack: Planning on South Beach Diet Bar Cinnamon Raisin
Dinner: Chicken Fajitas over rice! yay!

I need some of whatever you're taking. You're always so happy.

My food is great. I can actually cook pretty well. Basiclly spent my time from 10-15 years old watching/helping my mom cook in the kitchen. I can make some pretty fabulous stuff.

LOOK at YOU!!! THAT is a VERY nice TRAIT in a MAN......and the WAY to a WOMAN's heart TOO....;) NOT just a MAN"S heart!!! WEeee LOOOOVE to EAT too!!!

MY brother learned to COOK waaaay BEFORE I EVER did too....just WASN"T my CUP of tea....then ONE day I JUST decided that I NEEDED to WHIP out the CHEF in me.....and NOW I DO "ORGASMIC" mouthFUL MEALS!!! DON"T tesssst ME.....YOU just MIGHT fall in LOVE!!! :smilielol5:

I usually just cook for myself, but I have impressed a few ladies with the culinary skills every now and again. For some reason, even since I was a kid, I've always been into cooking, spices, and flavors. I wouldn't call it "orgasmic", but its pretty delicious.

As far as the potion to your happiness, thats completely understandable. If you were my baby, I'd drop ya on your head too. :smilielol5:

Ok, tonight at the gym went GREAT!

Was short on time, didn't go til late.

25min Elliptical (super intense) had a good sweat going.

Incline Bench Press 3x8
Tricep Pull-Downs 3x8
Dumbell Pec Flys 3x8
Dips 3x8
Dumbell Chest Press 3x8

Great workout, feel good, time for sleep!
 
Feeling good today. I almost always do after a good workout. Went over to a friends house last night and got a few compliments about how I've slimmed down. Always good to hear, but still a long road ahead of me. I'm weighing in tomorrow, can't wait to see what fortune the scale holds for me.

Yeah, I'm doing well. Feel great, wish I was down below 300 already but I can't expect what took years to add on, to just pop right off. I've gotten a lot of compliments and people are telling me that I look so different. I guess we just keep this train full steam ahead for the next 74lbs.

Breakfast: 2eggs, whole grain english muffin w/ pb
Snack: lowfat milk
Lunch: Chicken, wild/long grain rice

Played about 45min of basketball this morning which was a real workout.

Jess, no need to be jealous really. Ya gotta remember that a 313lb guy losing 4 lbs is only 1.28%.

Feeling good but kinda sleepy this morning. Can't wait to go to the gym later. I need to stock-up on some more healthy grub too.

Lunch: Salad w/ grilled chicken
Dinner: Turkey Tenderloin, summer squash and zuchinni

And today:

Breakfast: SBD Cinnamon Raisin Bar, 10oz glass 1% milk, 3 strawberries
AM Snack: Not sure but probably another SBD Bar
Lunch: Tendergrill salad from BK, w my own olive oil dressing
PM Snack: Not sure
Dinner: Either left-overs or cooking something...
 
Sweet! My friend ashley invited me over for grilled chicken and veggies tonight. It's "intervention" night, so we usually hang out. Love that show, if you havent seen it check out A&E tonight around 9.
