Big forerarms

Hi guys

For my forearm exercise i do hammer curls and wrist curls palms up; though i do not intend on doing wrist curls everyday, i often find myself watching tv and I just start doing them for the sake of it, is this at all too much? I normally do them day on day off. I have increased my forearms from around 9 inches to 13ish so its not as if I haven't had any growth i just wondered if i was shooting myself in the foot by doing this.

Well there not really endless, i still do the same reps and sets i normally do. But even that is probably pointless as i am not letting them rest. Thanks
 
Thankyou for the help. Thanks for the compliment LeiYunFat, I don't really no how big i want them really, i want to be like popeye hopefully! I agree, i don't bother if it hurts my wrists etc. Because then i'd have to take more time off and the extra workout would be negligible compared to the four or five i miss out. This is a wiked forum cheers for the help.
