Body fat measurements are very black box. The only way to be entirely sure is to do cadaver testing and im sure knowing your percentage doesnt mean that much to you. Get a set of calipers and go by the caliper readings going down eg a supraspinale measure going down by 2 mm or something like that.
Most good anthropometrists wont tell their athletes what their percentage is because they know that it isnt a good indication of result.
Heres an interesting fact there are over 200 equations for measuring bodyfat and the most accurate was developed way back in the 1970's.
Im not putting a downer on bf percentages I and other people just prefer to measure in different ways.
