ok so per drs orders due to some medical stuff i have begun eating more calories...i also changed up my weight lifting to 5x5s ub one day lower body next, only cardio wed, THEN ub, next lower body then only cardio sat and rest on sun. ive felt a difference but havent seen one.
so my trainer did a body fat thing on me...i gained 2 lbs
but lost 1.75% bf in 2 weeks. however, he said that wasnt a significant change and that i need to cut my calories back again which i cant do. so...can someone please confirm for my sanity that 1.75% bf change is a significant number? what is average? i swear it is more cuz last time he took the calipers to me i had a tank on so i know he was just pinchng skin and this time i had a tshirt/sports bra on and he was grabbing that. anyway

ps my calories are now 1500...i do cardio 6 days a week. weihts in splits 4 days.
