best way to learn olympic lifts

i have seen it a lot that you shouldnt try to learn it on your own.
how can i find a gym/coach that i can trian with...and without a high price.

otherwise, what is the best way to learn the olympic lifts?
 
Start with light weight and make sure your form is perfect.

I think Box Squats are awesome for power in the meantime while you can't powerclean or jerk with correct form.

Most personal trainers at gyms, unfortuentely, don't know jack.
