I was wondering, what is the best type of milk to have before bed? 2% milk fat milk or soy milk? Or some other type of milk?
I ask this because i cant be bothered to pay the extra money for casein shakes anymore >_<
Also, is milk powder just as good as fresh milk? Or should i stick with the freeeeeesh stuff?
