Best time for workouts

Is it best in the morning, afternoon, or evening ? does it make any difference.

Someone said the best time is morning as for weightloss , is this true ?

What do you mean by "workouts?"

I can never lift on an empty stomach, so mornings are out for me, and my body isnt awake yet. A lot of people do cardio in the morning though, without food in their system (fasted cardio).

As long as you get something in though, it doesnt matter when
 
IMO, its different from person to person. There are many variables that come into play. If you lift in the AM you are rested but then you migh tbe drained for the rest of the day.. If you lift in the PM, you might be tired from the day and have not as much drive. Try all of them, find which one works for you.
 
I agree. The best time to train is the time you can commit to day in and day out on a consistent basis. :)
