Anyone else doin' the Best Life Diet by Bob Greene?

I'm on PH.1 and really enjoying the book. It's a great read.

Lots of great info.
 
You know I am debating whether to or not. I have had a bad time of it lately and have the book at home. I read it a few months ago but when I read it I was already losing weight just watching what I was eating and now that has stopped and then some. How long have you been doing Phase 1 and what kind of results have you got?

I started it in June and completed PH 1{4 weeks} with a loss of 13 lbs. and 6 in. {in different places} Went down 4 sizes..

We then had to start packing for our move and that messed me all up! :mad:

I wasn't eating right and exercise stopped.. It was such a long process of packing and getting settled.

Started PH. 1 again yesterday! :)
 
Well I quickly read through it again so I could get a good start half way did it this weekend and lost 2lbs the only thing I won't be following in the not weighing yourself for 4 weeks. I know that from past experience I do much better if I weigh myself more often. Good luck to you and keep up the great work.
 
I'm ignoring that part...lol :jump:

I have to at least weigh in once a week to keep me going!

Plus, I can tell if I need to change something food wise..
