You know I am debating whether to or not. I have had a bad time of it lately and have the book at home. I read it a few months ago but when I read it I was already losing weight just watching what I was eating and now that has stopped and then some. How long have you been doing Phase 1 and what kind of results have you got?
Well I quickly read through it again so I could get a good start half way did it this weekend and lost 2lbs the only thing I won't be following in the not weighing yourself for 4 weeks. I know that from past experience I do much better if I weigh myself more often. Good luck to you and keep up the great work.
