Regarding BACK EXERCISES. Did any of you noticed that fighters particularly in fighting sports have let's say "overdeveloped" back muscles? I know that when you're punching you're working mainly your back and your abs but do I know right? I mean punching could be an effective back exercise? Or punching with weights maybe? Shoulders, back abs?
