Best Body Fat Analyzer

A Hydrostatic test would be the most accurate or you can go with calipers if you choose to do it at home.

I've decided I no longer want to play mind games with myself so I only use a mirror now.

That's funny LV.

I have a cheap set of calipers, and don't exactly have access to hydrostatic testing. I've always been told bf analyzers are like scales in that you will almost always get a slightly different reading on different ones, even if they are both pretty much accurate. Basically, that if one says you are 22% and another says 24%, then later you lose weight and one says 20% and the other says 22%, you still lost 2% either way.

Yup thats true but some people like a true reading of thier BF.

It would be nice to have a real, true reading. Mostly, I just want a basic idea of where I am starting, and where I end up.

Of course, for that, I could use your "mirror" method. :p

We have a university nearby, so I think I might contact them and see if they have one (it's a smaller school so maybe, maybe not).

It would be pretty cool to see though.
