Best Ab Routine

I need a great ab routine. What is your alls best ab routine and has it done wonders for your abs? I don't have to worry about cardio or anything like that cause I do sprints everyday. I just need a great ab routine that will help me to get my abs ripped. I just need a good routine that worked really well for someone. My abs are showing so I just need something to get them built up more.

I just do(er did) a whole heap of different types of sit-ups

I don't have much of a fat layer on my stomach, so i could see a bit of a change, but unfortunately like so many other people lost interest and discontinued
 
You want to build muscle?

Eat.

Then you won't see your abs.

And will have to cut.

As for ab exercises, leg raises, weighted leg raises, hanging leg raises, incline curnch, swiss crunch, weighted incline crunch, weighted swiss crunch...side bends for your obliques.

Pick two of the above plus the side bends and do three sets of each once a week.
