Hi

First time on this website but it looks like you are all a great bunch of people so thought I'd join in! I'm a 24 year old woman and live in Leeds, UK. A couple of years ago I weighed about 12 stone but over the years I have lost weight slowly until I weighed 10st last month. Unfortunately, after recent work events and my birthday last weekend I have let myself go and have put 8lbs on in 2 weeks!! I dont want to get back in to all my bad habits so am hoping that joining this site and reading all your tips etc will help me get back on track!

The plan at the moment is to keep a food diary, see my personal trainer once a week, do my weights/cardio programme twice a week and go for a half hour run two other days of the week. I love exercise, my downfall is always the food side! Especially portion size. And once I've decided to let go, I REALLY let it go (ie. tonight I didnt just had a curry, I had popadoms, pakoras, curry, rice and naan).
