I have read a few places on the net that if you use an overhand grip on BORs you "deactivate" the biceps so they get very little or no work.
I don't think this is true, I feel it in my biceps and can see them contracting in the mirror.
Is this commonly accepted or just some goofy idea passed around in gyms and on the internet?
