Ok im 14 and when i bench theres a small crack in my right arm it feels pretty deep into my skin in the center part of my bicep. It doesn't seem to bother me for a while after only as i'm benching. Now this isn't too much a problem now because theres a lot better workouts for baseball than benching but i can't figure out what this is. I even tried benching just the bar 45 and I still feel this crack. I don't think i'm doing anything wrong i tried holding diffrent spots and all i do is keep the bar perpendicular to my body and come strait down and then right back up. I don't ever feel this during any other exercise/sport or anyting else.
