oh and about the kids who say they can bench 200:
kids talk so much crap.
my friend said he could bench 190. we went to the weight room. he couldnt do 130 1 time.
some kids do 200 on the bench press machine and tell you that they can bench 200. that crap is so dang easy. kids make up so many ways to brag. trust me. a kid with chicken legs and no abs told me he could squat 230 twelve times. BS. kids lie. period.
and if you can only bench that much, so be it. make improvements. eat right, train well rest well. be dedicated. and dont compare yourself to other people. you are fine the way you are. if you want to improve what you have, good luck and take it step by step bud.
