bench press weight keeps going down

every week my bench press weight keeps going down. i dont know whats going on. my diet is pretty good, but used to be better. however, ive noticed an improvement visually (more size, more definition). i want to look good but have the strength to go with it. help!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Maybe you're overtraining? How often do you hit your pecs..what exercises are you doing? Are you evening em out by hitting different angles. Also are you drinking 120 oz of water a day? If an athlete is even slightly dehydrated his strength will go down by 5-10%
