16 yrs 5"11 weight -68kg
never done max but i do 3x6 120lb :D
3 months ago i could barely do 35lb

1 rep max

Well I"m 5 foot, 9 inches tall. Weight more/less then 155 pounds and I benched 110 pounds 4 times, and 115 pounds 1. I am assuming my 1 rep max is 115, however if you take a online 1 rep max calculator and plug in my 110 X 4 pounds it will say my 1 rep max is 124.

so I'm between 115-124 I guess.
 
Back when I originally started lifting in my twenties my first goal was to bench press my body weight. I still believe that is a very good goal for a male starting out. I really don't know for female. Right now my goal is 150% of my body weight which should make my max BP goal between 237 - 247lbs. I can do 209.5lbs. so I have 27 - 37lbs. to go. (This is to take into account body weight fluctuations between 158 - 165lbs., 165 being my goal body weight)

The sad part to all of this is that I can bench press more than I can squat. I was doing leg presses, leg extentions and dead lifts but I guess none of these hit your legs like squats. Now I am playing catch up with my legs and today they are sore from yesterday's workout. :(

never lifted with barbell on flat bench always dumbells....currently puttin up 75lb dumbells for 6 on flat.what would that be equivalent to on barbell anybody know??
 
I'm a little higher than that on dumbells and my max is 190-200, but I'm a lot weaker benching the bar than I am on the dumbells.

I'd say just under 200, but everyone is different. Some are better at db's then others, and some are better at bb's than others.

I bench 105x3 :p
 
I can do 135lbs 17 times. I think that means my max is just a tad over 200, never tried though..

im 15, 175lbs, and 5'10"
