Bench Goal

My goal for bench press is to do 225 by june. At the moment, I am 152 lbs and bench 200. I have been on a strength routine for about 6 weeks. What can I do to hit my goal?
Is it better for me to be doing 5 x 10 or 4 x 8 after my 6 week strength routine? Should I continue with the strength routine? Do half and half, or hit isolation?

I didnt set goals for only my bench, I was just stating my bench goal because it seemed to be the significant goal to state since we are talking about benching.

Im 6'0 152 lbs.

and since you asked my goals are

Squat - 250 by june (currently 225)
Deadlift - 350 by june (currently 330)
Bench - 225 by june (currently 200)
 
Find 70% of your max and then use that for 4x6. Do this 3 times a week and every week increase by 2.5%. By the time June roles around you should be able to do 160 or more for 4x6 and that should raise your max. Or you could switch over to dumbbells for a while or do Bill Starr's 5x5. Just make sure your progressing every week.
